Welcome everyone to my website. I thought I’d do a brief introductory post to add a bit to the ‘About’ page for those who join me on this journey earlier in its life.
Iota Serpentis is ‘the eye of the serpent’ and refers to a fixed star in the Serpens constellation. As someone who has always loved dragons, serpents, angels and other winged creatures I was drawn to the fixed star as an excellent descriptor of what I aim to bring to this site.
First and foremost I am a tarot (and other oracle) reader of more than thirty years’ experience. I will do a post about my tarot and spiritual journey separate to this for anyone who is interested, but for now let me say I want to marry that experience with a lifelong fascination with various spiritual, religious and mystical pathways.
I’m hoping over time for this website to serve a number of purposes. Initially I want to blog and post about oracle and spiritual matters and network and have virtual conversations with other followers or practitioners of the spiritual path. Soon I also plan to launch a YouTube channel for readings and spiritual discussions and connect this back to the website (where I will also load the videos) so that I can better join and be involved in the spiritual communities that resonate to my work (and I to theirs).
Eventually, if people find value in my readings and feel we would have a good connection for private consultations, I will open up a small private reading practice so keep an eye out for news of access if it interests you. This will include offering career and creativity mentoring, leveraging my significant organisational culture, design and HR experience to give clients a real competitive advantage. I’m thinking of launching this in late 2021/early 2022 but if the universe (or interested readers of this website) push me quicker then who am I to argue?
What can you expect in the coming months?
- Spiritual systems and other divinatory tools and their relationship to tarot
- Non-video readings (ie photo based) on current topics, monthly energies, key astrological transits and general interest areas
- Tarot readings on work/ organisational and industry energies and messages from the numinous about creativity in the collective
I expect to do videos in all these areas once I have that up and running and have learnt enough to make really watchable content! I’ve experienced quite a learning curve on that front during 2021 so far.
But hey, after 2020, don’t we all need a positive focus and a chance to learn and expand? I hope you join me on this journey as I’m sure we both have lots we can learn from each other and we can have a lot of fun along the way.
